This design was inspired by a little house in Pacific Grove, California, that we rented for a few days. The main distinguishing feature was the bay window up front. The original house was about 10-feet wide and 40-feet long. My tiny house adaptation has been scaled down to about 8-feet by 28-feet. It can be built on or off a trailer.
Ive not seen too many tiny house plans for such a long house. Most of the longest tiny houses are 20-feet which reflects the longest length for easily available trailers. 28-foot trailers are out there but small in number and probably a special order.
Hi, I have a home in Arizona in an area that is still developing as far as streets, shopping, etc. I need to move and I have someone who wants to rent my house for 2 years. Should I rent (after background checks, etc.)? I will have negative rental income. Or should I try to sell it? I bought the home brand new two years ago and if I sell, I will come out just about even. The only improvements I have spent money on is backyard landscaping and indoor paint. Thanks for your input! I go back and forth on what I want to do. It is 1500 square feet and has upgrades mostly in the kitchen and flooring. It is pretty nice (in my opinion).
