In modern times, it is not uncommon for people to want to expand their homes and improve their general lifestyle through adding space, style and functionality to their homes. One of doing this is by adding an orangery. An orangery is a glass, wood or stone construction that extends onto your home, typically out into a garden area. These are historically stylish, having originally become popular in the Victorian times, and can range from large, ornate, impressive structure to more simplistic conservatory style extensions. They tend to be more expensive than a conservatory however they offer a more permanent extension, creating a lasting effect of style and functionality that will in time affect that overall value of your home.
